•OIOT does not interfere in service delivery, pricing, or dispute resolution.

•TSPs are independent service providers, not employees or agents of OIOT.

•Delivering the service professionally.

•Ensuring fare transparency and issuing bills when applicable.

•Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and timely pickup/drop.

•TSPs must comply 100% with local and state regulations, including valid driving licenses, permits, insurance, vehicle fitness, and passenger safety compliance.

•Users may search and request bookings via the app.

•The TSP retains full discretion to accept or decline the booking.

•OIOT may charge a non-refundable lead convenience fee, if applicable.

•Confirmation of a booking does not guarantee service delivery by OIOT.

•Payments, when initiated via OIOT, are transferred directly to the service provider.

•OIOT does not act as a payment intermediary or wallet.

•OIOT is not liable for disputes, failed payments, refunds, or service issues.

•Fare pricing is determined by the TSP, possibly based on government-mandated rates.

•Provide accurate pickup, contact, and destination details.

•Respect and cooperate with service providers.

•Do not misuse the app (e.g., false bookings, abusive behavior).

•OIOT is not liable for issues caused by user error or miscommunication.

•OIOT shall not be liable for delays, denial of service, or cancellations by the TSP.

•OIOT is not liable for accidents, misconduct, or misbehavior by the TSP.

•OIOT is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to property during rides.

•OIOT acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for third-party actions.

•Users agree to resolve disputes directly with the TSP.

•Users may submit ratings and reviews based on genuine experiences.

•Content must not be abusive, false, defamatory, or illegal.

•OIOT reserves the right to remove content that violates guidelines or law.

•OIOT collects basic user data (e.g., location, usage behavior) to improve services.
